Accomodation and transport problems are increasing in many bid bg cities. Businesses are encouraged to move to rural areas. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages? With the elevation in the severity of traffic and housing issues, resulting from increased density of residents, it is suggested that. companies relocate to rural areas. Personally, it is my firm conviction. aboul that moving away from the metropolis would bring more benefits than drawbacks. On the one hand, encouraging businesses to headquarter in more remote communities is reasonable. In urban areas. It is a commonly known fact that large cities’ population is extremely high due to immigrants in pursuit of job and education opportunities . Therefore, an increase in housing prices and traffic problems, especially during rush hour is unavoidable. As a result, with the relocation of organization, the employees will be less burdened with worries of time and money spent for accommodation and daily commute. On the other hand, having the main office in a less populous region would pose a great challenge for employers. In particular, big cities are where essential resource ingredients are coordinated, such as the human resources or certain cutting-edge technologies, infrastructures. Thus their development would be greatly obstructed if moving to another region that does not grant access to as my what cities had previously offered. Moreover, lower customer demand in these places also translates to decreased amounts of service needed. This phenomenon leads to the loss of a large portion of consumers, directly affecting the livelihood of the workers. In conclusion, after weighing the pros and cons of this idea, I believe businesses, especially conglomerates should consider moving to rural societies in order to partly alleviate the crisis of housing and transportation overload. However, managers should be aware to prepare themselves for the potential risks associated with this measure.
- Snowfall

Yesterday we got first abundant snowfall and suddenly I understood that I fell out of love with snow. The most of snow got the east of my region, Kaliningrad city got a bit less, although there is also winter landscapes now. The seacoast fortunately got much less of this winter surprise. There is just a light dusting of snow on surfaces through which the grass is picking. I hope it will melt by lunchtime, as it often happens. Actually snow quite rare lays for long in my region. I didn’t remember it longer than two or maybe three weeks in a row. In such case it rather brings more problems. While it constantly falling out and melting, it leads to mud, icy roads and traffic problems. In Kaliningrad region utility workers usually don’t ready for such surprise, although they often happens during the winter period. Often no one try to remove snow, as they are hoping that in will melt itself soon. Even though all this snow problems aren’t touch me much, as I live most of my time in my country house and quite seldom use public transport. However, frazil and big amount of snow deprive me of ability to move by my bike. Also when my garden is sleeping under the white cover I feel a bit lonely, as all my green friends sleep and I can’t do anything there. Besides, my garden is green and delight my eyes in any time of the year, until the snow suddenly decide to hide it from me. For the beach snow also doesn’t suit much. And in addition, snow isn’t appropriate thing on a ”resort”, and exactly such calls the railway station in my seatown. If to translate in English it will sound like ”Pioneer resort” and since it isn’t Alpine resort, I find we don’t need here snow at all. Of course fresh snow often looks beautiful, brings changes of the pictures around, but yet this white vail quickly gets satiated me now. So I would like to say something like ”Thanks, I looked, it can be removed”. However, to remove it often not so easy.

- Immersion in the pre-winter

55OlgaImmersion in the pre-winter
We are completely plunged into the atmosphere of pre-winter. The day, and the night actually too, has become the coldest since the start of this season. The silver night turned into the same sparkling from frost morning and the day didn’t show any changes. All around were covered with frost, all colours were muted. But instead we have got especially beautiful, so bright colours on the sunrise and sunset. The completly clear night gave the way to the morning dawn, myriads of stars drown in the colours of the frosty sunrise. I shortened my morning swim to 10 minutes, in a case to save more warm, to be able to warm up afterwards. It worked out well, I got a lot of energy and warmed up quickly. Although to do exercises on the frozen sand is a bit cold... It seems that the temperature below zero should have driven away all summer residents. However, it didn’t. Since the morning all around started the sounds of hammers, saws and grinders. The work seemed to be in the full swing. Well, I didn’t lag behind either. Armed with a jigsaw, drill and screwdriver I was doing another one trellis. While you are working you don’t feel cold, while you are busy, you don’t feel boring. It’s a good case for winter. Besides, the food and a cup of hot cocoa afterwards became especially delicious. And then, faster jumping to the bike and cycling to the sea for the sunset, we are exactly on time! Ah, how beautiful today it was. Unbelievable colours! The whole sky were blazed, it flared up for so long and didn’t hurry to fade away at all. Gorgeous picture! How to finish such a good frosty day? Of course near the fireplace. It’s warm and cozy by the alive fire. Even the hopelessly cold day isn’t the hopelessly bad one. All is in your head! I wish you a lot of energy and pleasant moments in this winter!
- The university i study at

Apres-midiThe university i study at
In this year, I took a very competitive examination, finally graduated from school and entered the Teacher’s Training University to get further higher education. Honestly I never could’ve thought that I’m gonna study here and connect life with pedagogical studies. I didn’t want to believe my dad who is also a lecturer at the Aerospace University when he told me that I have a gift of teaching and I would love to do it. But here I am now receiving student membership card and becoming a freshman. I would like to talk about my university and shed light on all its features. First of all, I would like to emphasize the quality of education and knowledgeable stuff. On our faculty of foreign languages we have very talented and experienced teachers. Almost all of them are associate professors or senior lecturers. Many of them do not just give us theoretical knowledge but practical ones because they spent some time abroad and explored foreign culture inside out. They specialize in history of foreign language, theoretical grammar, phonetics and intercultural communication. They guide inexperience, immature freshmen like us through the versatile world of higher education in foreign languages and help us to become better versions of ourselves. Second of all, I would like to tell a few word about our curriculum I’m sure that it was made by experts in their field because we have a very balanced timetable where you never find a crazy combination of subjects where, for example, you have PE classes between lectures or at the beginning of a study day. I love how convenient our curriculum is. We have alternating workload. For example, on Monday, our first period starts at 8:40 am but on Tuesday at 10:20 and then it repeats. So that way we have more free time to manage our study routine and catch up with homework. Third of all, I would like to point out or subjects. We study many fascinating subjects like the History of English Language, Phonetics, Intercultural communication, General Linguistics etc. I lready have my own rank of them starting with the most favourite and finishing with the least favourite one. The most favourite are oral and written practice where we constantly write essays and compositions, discuss interesting points, read informative articles. I love our teacher’s presentation of the material. She always does it well effectively, with passion and a little bit of humor on top. I see a wise and strong coach in her personality. I also like phonetics. We learn a lot of intriguing information about English pronunciation, cultural nuances. And one more thing, we are constantly exposed by great, authentic British accent of our teacher. I never get bored during her lessons. My least favourite subjects are the History of Russia because I don’t believe that people exist that long on Earth and Age Physiology and Health Culture because I still don’t understand its purpose and why a teacher has to know so much biology. Forth of all, I want to mention my groupmates. They are diligent, talented and witty people. But I wish we knew each other better and have more communication outside the university. To conclude I’m happy about my university life. I never would’ve expect how interesting it is to study at Teacher’s Training University. I’m satisfied with everything: curriculum, staff, groupmates, subjects. I hope that I will feel the same way at the end of the 5th year of studying.
- By the way of the sun

55OlgaBy the way of the sun
What would you choose - warm, but grey, heavy and cloudy days or cool temperatures near zero and partly cloudy sky with the sun appearing time to time? Usually we don’t have a choice. Leaden grey sky without the sun and the temperatures near +7C is what we get in November and December. This year November doesn’t stop to joy me. In its first part it delighted me with warm sunny days with temperatures higher than +10C. Now it’s much cooler, but still with the sun. Almost each day I can see it! Sometimes it’s sunny frosty mornings, sometimes the sun appears during the day or not far from the sunset but it’s appears and it’s wonderful. You just need to live without it for a month or two, to understand which a wonder the sun is! By my summer habit I still cycling to the sea for sunrises and sunsets. Even though I almost never see how the sun itself rises and goes down as it behind the hills and buildins now, but sometimes the sun gives such beautiful colours all around the sky, that my journeys are certainly worth it. Besides, I don’t like to meet evening and darkness being home, it’s depressing. I prefer to return home after the darkness has already arrived, when the evening lights in my garden are already on. The same way, mornings I also don’t like to meet being home. I wake up before the sunrise and cycle to the see, to swim or just to walk, if the waves are too wild. I return home when the day has already come. These morning and evening activities allows me to stay happy and healthy and enjoy each new day!
- Distractions

Apres-midiDistractions
Distractions is a huge problem in the modern world. Many people suffers from procrastination, wasted time on one’s phone. It’s quite common nowadays that a person is trying to concentrate on one’s work but finds oneself daydreaming or petting the cat. I wanna share my point of view on this issue. I seldom suffer from lacking of concentration while doing something important because I taught myself how to set priorities and plan my time. To be honest I don’t really know how to explain this feature of mine. I just feel when I have to work and rest. I suppose it’s my gut. When I’m really decisive about some work load I will do it no matter what it takes. I can empathize that sometimes when I intend to concentrate on my work my neighbor will do anything to prevent it. He is my main distraction in life. He starts listening to laud music or yelling at someone or trampling. Frankly, I got used to it but it can be quite disturbing and annoying at times especially at night. In conclusion, I want to add that it’s absolutely normal to deal with distractions sometimes. It’s impossible to eliminate them completely. Therefore we have to just put up with some of them.
- Titmouse day

55OlgaTitmouse day
The 12 of November in Russia is titmouse day. The main purpose of this day, which was established in the early 2000s, is the protection of wintering birds. It tells to people about the necessity of helping and top-dress of birds staying during the winter. The most widespread between wintering birds are titmouse. You can see the bright blue tit recognizable by its blue head, the crested tit, which distinguished by a variegated pointed crest, the gray, nondescript tit with black head and of course the most famous and widespread great tit. I also see a lot of tit now, especially a great tit. There are a lot of them in my garden. They are singing and misbehave all day long. They are so noise and loud as if it’s spring now. And when therewith the sun is shining, then it’s especially gratifying. The November didn’t became the grave of autumn and my life at the same time, as I was expected. The first ten days of it were much wamer then as usual, without strong winds, although quite wet. Fortunately, there are still some bright spots all around, which delight me a lot. Fresh yellow leaves on the trees or on the ground are able to revive even the most grey day. Coloured leaves are still flying by the wind, birds are still singing and the world as if trying to say that the life still goes on. But it won’t decieve me, I know that it is not for long. The last leaf has already ready to fall on the ground to become just a dust, a memory, memory about the life. That life which is going to bury in the darkness and coldness until spring. Probably, the tits are also feeling it, so that’s why they have fun while they it still possible. I wish you also to cheer up and all the best!

I have got a lot of hobbies, dut they are all connected with creativity. In this little text I will tell you about one of the most interesting one. This is (shuld I put ”the” here?) sculpting. Sculpting is a type of visual 3d art.You work with plastiline, clay or even concrete, caefully cutting out details. Finally, you have got a really beautiful sculpture. It is amazing process.I still do not finally understand how a piece of clay can turn into pretty realistic animal or human. I do love the process of sculpting, but I love the result more.I am a collector of model horses and sometimes I add to my collection my own works.

Apres-midiMy most favorite and least favorite subjects
In our faculty of foreign languages, we have many different subjects, which are meant to give us high level of proficiency in our future career. Some of them may be more fascinating and intriguing but others may be dull and boring but despite that we have to study them as productive and thoroughly as interesting ones. To my way of thinking our curriculum was made by experts in their field because we have very balanced timetable where you never find crazy combination of subject where you have PE classes between lectures or in the beginning of a studying day. One of my favorite subjects is History of English Language. We get to know so much detailed information about evolution of English, its history since ancient times and some mind-blowing facts about English phonetics. Another favorite subject of mine is phonetics. I love its vibe. Our teacher loves telling her life story. She tells a lot of about her travels and life experience. I always listen to her with an open mouth. Moreover, before phonetics we can peacefully have lunch in our university canteen, not worrying that we will be late. The least favorite subject for me is age physiology and health culture because I still don’t understand its purpose and why a teacher have to know so much biology. In conclusion, I would like to say despite my personal preferences, I like studying at university. I completely understand that there will always be some flip sides and pitfalls but it doesn’t exclude fun and enjoyment.
- Collage life

Apres-midiCollage life
Collage life is a new exciting experience that we get as first year students. We all came from different backgrounds with different goals and passions but what unites us is that we entered the Teachers’ Training University and we adore languages and foreign culture. Who knows maybe some of us will be a teacher in the state school or in the private one. I can`t predict future but I can say with certainty that I’m sure that I’m studying with talented, friendly and diligent people. From my perspective, students who drop out more frequently are not motivated enough to get good knowledge of the subject they’re studying. Presumably, they have haphazard schedule as a result of lack of purpose to study. Also, they often skip lectures, classes. They do not used to do their homework and in conclusion they lag behind and get expelled from the faculty. Personally, I consider myself as a hyper responsible type of students who tend to get on well with all the subjects and manage to deal with all deadlines in time. I am not a know-it-all moreover I don’t like to be one because in my view a person can’t know everything impeccably well. I prefer read for my seminars regularly and gradually, in order to read up less material for the exams. My motto while coping with the work load of university is to pay attention on quality of my knowledge not the quantity. I always try to keep planner, set priorities and maintain a balance between work and rest. In conclusion, I want to add that college/university gives the most valuable and unforgettable life experience. To my way of thinking it’s true that everyone should get a higher education because it makes a person more mature, determined and sociable.

55OlgaThe colors were fading, the leaves were falling...
To the first days of November on the trees usually stays just a few of leaves. A week before it should comes I haven’t been stopping to wonder if all this beauty really is going to fall just in one week. Apparently, to be on time, there was sent a strong stormy wind. And indeed it did its deal well. Just for one night it exposed the trees to an indecent degree, from some of them it having torn off their last leaves. My sweet cherry tree just yesterday was burning with gold and my favourite baby pear for more than a week didn’t throw none of its bright red leaves. The apple tree still stubbornly held on its big red apples. They beautifully decorate my garden, filling it with autumn mood. But storm gusts over 20 m/s didn’t leave chance to anyone - leaves flew, apples fell... Autumn is burning out. There are still some bright spots, but it isn’t any more the height of golden autumn. It has already stepped by one leg to the grave. To the grey, wet and naked grave of winter... It’s getting dark very early now - the sun goes down, if it at all appears, already at 5 pm. I still have some work in my garden. The most autumn one from it is removal of fallen leaves. I don’t mind doing this job, I even find it quite relaxing, besides it warms me well and useful for my fit. It’s pleasant to take a look to the result of your work - cleaned green grass plays with new colours. Although the results isn’t permanent - tomorrow there will be even more leaves. But I would rather prefer to do this job every day, than to wake up one morning and didn’t see on the grass new fallen leaves. It would mean that I’m also in that winter grave now...

foreignlanguages80Diary 27th October
Dear Diary. Today was quite a busy day, as usual. After waking up and having my cup of black coffee I began planning my day. I watched some motivational videos, read the news, had a good breakfast, then I made my bed, brushed my teeth , got changed and lastly went to work. On my way, I stopped at a bar and had a chat with a friend. When I arrived at school, I’m a teacher, I greeted my students and began class. One of the students was worried: he had lost his train ticket and didn’t know how he would back home. One of his mates offered him a lift and then he finally relaxed. During the second hour, I gave my students a test and granted them one hour of time. After they finished, they all delivered their papers. I though it wouldn’t take me a long time to correct all the tests until I had seen the first few: some essayes were 4-pages long! After a good hour, I managed to finish. Though they were not all perfect, I really appreciated the effort my learnes put into. At the end of the day, I went back home, had a small dinner and, last but not least, read some pages of my book. That’s all for today. I will try to write you more regularly. Take care.
